Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on February 27, 2007 (Tuesday) in the Marlborough City Hall, 140 Main St.  3rd Floor, Memorial Hall, Marlborough, MA  at 7:00 P.M. on the petition of the below named person seeking a variance in the application of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Marlborough, as follows:

The applicant subdivided 77 Edinboro St. into Lot 1- containing the existing house and Lot 2 the newly created vacant lot approved by the Planning Board through an ANR (Approval Not Required) Plan.  Lot 1 will be non-conforming as to side yard setback and excess lot coverage in accordance with Article VII, Section 200-41, Minimum Side Yard and Lot Coverage Table.  The property is located in Zoning District A-3, being Map 82, Parcel 189 of the Assessor's Maps.  Also known as 77 Edinboro St. (Lot 1)
